# Dashboard FAQ

> Find answers to common questions about the Ryno Business Dashboard.

  <Accordion title="Why can I not see an account?">
    The account may not have been created, activated, or enabled for your business. Select **Add New** or contact Ryno Support.

  <Accordion title="How do I view my account number?">
    Select the visibility icon on the account card to reveal the masked account number.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why is my account number masked?">
    Account numbers are hidden by default to help protect sensitive account information.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why is my account marked Inactive?">
    The account may require activation, additional review, or product enablement.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why is a recent transaction missing?">
    The transaction may still be processing, or the recent transaction panel may show only a limited number of entries. Select **See All Transactions** to review the complete list.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What do Inflow and Outflow mean?">
    Inflow represents money received by the business. Outflow represents money sent or paid out.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why does a currency not appear in Currency Mix?">
    The currency may not be enabled or may not have qualifying activity.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why does a channel not appear in Channel Volume?">
    The channel may not be enabled or may not have activity during the selected period.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I sign out?">
    Select **Logout** in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
