# Create an Account

> Register a new Ryno Business account.

Create a Ryno Business account to begin your business onboarding and verification process.

## Before you begin

Use an email address that:

* You can access immediately
* Is associated with your business
* Has not already been registered on Ryno

## Create your account

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the registration page">
    Navigate to the Ryno registration page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select the business account option">
    Choose the option to register as a business.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your information">
    Complete the required fields, including your name, email address, phone number, and business details shown on the form.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create a secure password">
    Enter and confirm your password.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Accept the terms">
    Review and accept the applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Submit your registration">
    Click **Create Account** or the equivalent registration button shown on the page.
  </Step>

## Password requirements

Your password should:

* Be at least eight characters long
* Include uppercase and lowercase letters
* Include at least one number
* Include at least one special character

<Tip>
  Use a password that is unique to your Ryno account and is not used for another service.
</Tip>

## What happens next

After successful registration, Ryno displays a confirmation message asking you to check your email.

A verification email is sent to the address used during registration.

  Registration alone does not grant access to the Business Portal. You must verify your email and complete business onboarding.
</Info>

## Troubleshooting

    Return to the sign-in page and sign in with the existing account. Use **Forgot Password** if you cannot remember the password.

  <Accordion title="The form will not submit">
    Confirm that all required fields are complete and that your password meets the stated requirements.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I entered the wrong email address">
    Return to the registration page and create a new account using the correct email address. Contact Ryno Support if the incorrect address has already been verified.
