# Forgot Password

> Reset the password associated with your Ryno Business account.

Reset your password if you can no longer access your Ryno Business account using your current password.

## Reset your password

<Steps>
  <Step title="Select Forgot Password">
    From the sign-in page, click **Forgot Password**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your email address">
    Enter the email address associated with your Ryno Business account.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Submit the request">
    Click **Continue**, **Send Reset Link**, or the equivalent button shown on the page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check your email">
    Open the password reset email sent by Ryno.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create a new password">
    Follow the link in the email and enter a new secure password.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in again">
    Return to the sign-in page and use your new password.
  </Step>

## Password requirements

Your new password should:

* Be at least eight characters long
* Include uppercase and lowercase letters
* Include at least one number
* Include at least one special character
* Be different from your previous password

<Tip>
  Do not share your password or password reset link with anyone.
</Tip>

## If you did not receive the reset email

* Confirm that you entered the correct registered email address.
* Check your spam or junk folder.
* Wait a few minutes and request another reset email.
* Contact Ryno Support if the issue continues.

  Password reset links may expire. Request a new link if the original link is no longer valid.
