The Business Information step captures the information Ryno needs to identify your organisation and understand how it operates. Enter the information exactly as it appears on your official business records.

Before you begin

Have your official registration records available so you can confirm:
  • Legal business name
  • Registration number
  • Incorporation date
  • Country of incorporation
  • Registered address
  • Business contact information
Do not use a trading name where the form requests the legal business name unless both names are the same.

Complete your business details

Enter the legal business name

Provide the full legal name of the organisation as shown on its incorporation or registration documents.

Provide the official registration or incorporation number assigned to the business.

Choose the legal structure that best describes your organisation.Examples may include:

Choose the country where the business is legally registered.

Enter the incorporation date

Provide the date shown on the official registration document.

Business contact information

Provide the primary contact details used for account and compliance communication. Fields may include:
Use contact information that is actively monitored so your team does not miss compliance requests or account updates.

Registered business address

Enter the address under which the business is officially registered. You may be asked to provide:
  • Country
  • State, region, or province
  • City
  • Street address
  • Postal or ZIP code
The registered address should match the proof of address or registration document you upload later in the onboarding process.

Business operations

Ryno may request information about the nature and scale of your business activities. Fields may include:
  • Industry
  • Business description
  • Main products or services
  • Countries of operation
  • Expected transaction activity
  • Expected monthly payment volume
  • Source of funds
  • Purpose of the Ryno account
Provide clear and accurate information that reflects your current business operations.

Business description example

A useful description should explain:
  • What the business does
  • Who its customers are
  • The markets it serves
  • How it expects to use Ryno
For example:
We import consumer electronics from suppliers in Asia and distribute them to retailers in Nigeria. We intend to use Ryno to fund foreign currency payments and manage cross-border supplier payouts.

Tax information

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be asked to provide:
  • Tax identification number
  • VAT registration number
  • Other local tax registration details
Enter the information exactly as it appears on the relevant tax document.

Review your information

Before continuing, confirm that:
  • The legal name matches the registration document.
  • The registration number is correct.
  • The incorporation date is accurate.
  • The registered address is complete.
  • The business description clearly explains your activities.
  • Contact information is current.

Save and continue

Select Save & Continue to proceed to the next onboarding step. If any required field is incomplete, the page may highlight the missing information before allowing you to continue.
Saving this section does not submit your application. You will have an opportunity to review all information before final submission.

Common issues

Select the closest available option only if instructed. Otherwise, contact Ryno Support before continuing.
The country may not currently be supported for onboarding. Contact Ryno Support for guidance.
Leave the field blank if it is optional. Where the field is required, provide another approved online business presence only if instructed.
