Use Change Password in Settings to update your current sign-in password.

How to change your password

Open Settings

Go to Settings from the left navigation.

Select Change Password

Under Privacy & Security, choose Change Password.

Enter your current password

Provide the password you currently use to sign in.

Enter a new password

Create a new password that meets the required rules.

Confirm the new password

Re-enter the same new password in the confirmation field.

Select Update password

Submit the form to save the change.

Password requirements

The interface indicates that the password must contain at least:
  • 1 uppercase letter
  • 1 number
  • 8 characters
  • 1 special character

Important note

Changing your password logs you out of the portal. You will need to sign in again using the new password.

  • Choose a password that is hard to guess
  • Avoid reusing an old password
  • Store your password securely
  • Keep 2FA enabled for stronger security
